Project Details

In 2020, C.W. Golf Architecture was hired by the Western New York Section of the PGA to develop master plans to create a diverse and multi-functional golf park. The proposed facility is located adjacent to the Glen Oak Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones.

The intent of the proposed practice facility is for the Western New York PGA to provide a space to grow and teach the game of golf, to create recreational opportunities for youth, and to offer employment and career advancement opportunities for its members.

Highlights of the proposed master plans include:

• 15,000 square foot putting green/putting course.
• 6 or 9-hole par three and/or pitch and putt course.
• 2-acre short game practice area with multiple greens and practice bunkers.
• Combined fairway areas within the par three/pitch and putt course to allow golfers the opportunity to play multiple course configurations.
